The badge comes into my graphics program the right size. The problem arises when you view an image with a higher resolution than that of the standard monitor resolution of 72dpi. IExplorer will make it look real big. And if you print direct from IE or another browser, it's gonna print the way it looks on the monitor.
The MS Word suggestion might work that way if the program is defaulted to display at 72dpi. Just a guess.
It's a perfect scan and is straightforward to print the exact size you require.
Can't understand all the gripes, if it was scanned exactly to size you wouldn't like the poor quality!
