  I dunno about this one, but locally, there is a gal buried in her 1964 Ferrari... Sandra Ilene West... died in 1977

  I'm not convinced a cell phone can transmit thru a small concrete vault and six feet of earth. I'll bet a look alike phone was buried and someone kept the actual phone to perform a prank.
