There are no more titles like Bethel Elder. They did away with that a short time ago.Even if you did not leave, Elder's hardly ever had the time to speak to the sheep, the rank and file were good only to do more. When they speak to you it's because they think you did something wrong.They have no Christlike personality anymore. They too are worn out and stuck with their assignments.
