My favorites are Michael Jackson, Eminem, 50 Cent, Led Zeppelin, The Bee Gees, Elton John (before he went to s*** in 1991), Earth Wind & Fire, Madonna, Chicago, and The Doors among many others.
I like anything where they swear or that glorifies sex, violence, and/or drugs. I also like that Hotel California song--I got the album, and managed to keep it hidden from the hounders since they never got the chance to look at the edges and I always keep my music put away when not in use to find it quickly and to keep it from getting ruined unnecessarily. (I recommend that trick more for LPs since CDs have edge labels that are much easier to read).
Well for me it constantly changes, BUT, here's a list to today:
1. Freddie King (this is who Clapton stole his shit from)
2. BB King
3. Allman Brothers - Duane era only
4. Jimmie Vaughan / Fabulous Thunderbirds
5. David Zollo and his side projects
6. Bo Ramsey and his side projects/ recording dates
7. Black Crowes / Marc Ford
8. ZZ Top - only the early stuff from the 70's not the commercial shit from the 80's
9. Clapton - and all his groups
10. Howlin Wolf
Honorable mention: Hank Sr., Johnny Cash, Rolling Stones, The Faces, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Elmore James, Muddy Waters, Otis Rush, Mike Morgan & the Crawl and Hollywood Fats.
