Franzy, I'm threatened by Richard The Wanderer. Yes, you hit it on the head. I don't know what to do. I'm confused.......And I'm having fun!

Wanderer is unable to post without counselling his audience, usually in a patronising, condescending manner that actually gives me the creeps. There is something rather slippery in his posting style, perhaps it reminds me of too many JW's whose noses I would like to have punched.

Minimus on the other hand is a 'what you see is what you get' style of poster, and has a more honest style. Often I wish I did not see what he has, though lately I have noticed that he has actually developed his threads rather than just posting one line additions to keep the thread current.

I would hardly call this the Battle of the Giants though. ;) More like Jack and Jill spitting soggy peas at each other.

Hey, I like both you guys, and your posts, and I don't think either one of you is all that creepy.

I've met Minimus, and I happen to know that in real life he looks like a younger, handsomer, buff version of Dennis Franz, and from his avatar, I'd say Wanderer looks like a handsome, three-headed, 50's boy band!

I have a different take on Wanderer's posts:

I don't think he is trying to offend or preach to his 'audience'. I think he is a sincere person who posts questions that he still has issues with and he wants to hear what everybody else has to say. I don't think he has been out of the religion as long as other posters, so I don't think it is fair to attack him.
