I love your pictures. Each tell a story, yet they are all part of a larger picture. Sparkplug, you do have a gift.

Andrea said she had relatives 5 miles away from me. I can't place where you broke down, or had your feast. My husband and I are guessing that you got stuck in far SE Oklahoma, like Haworth, Tom, or Hochatown. Yes that is a real town! And your picnic we guess was at Beaver's Bend, near Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

You were so close to me. I would have shared a new bottle of wine, from an exotic vineyard in Colorado, with you. (well maybe not exotic, but it is very good) LOL

Arthur, We small town Oklahomans are an odd lot. You need to come to Southern Oklahoma, you will think you are back in the hills of Tennessee. We have mountains, hills, and more trees than a rainforest. there are also people who live in them thar hills, who don't come to town often, or have electricity. And God help you if you set foot on their property uninvited. (especially a social worker)

Uninformed~Well thank you. We had fun. I think the broken car part was even a blast. Everyone handled it well and saw some interesting things.

    Happydad~

It's ok. I just had the most wonderful vacation two weeks ago at the 1000 Islands in the St. Lawrence Seaway (eastern Lake Ontario) with the JWD'r I fell in love with three years ago.

Well damn it Horrible Life!! We were tight there at Beavers Bend with Andrea. Now we know. We want to go back. Six could tell you were we were broken down at. because we had about 15 or so miles to drive doing that 20 some miles an hour and it was quite worrysome.

I would have loved to see you.

Andrea would have loved to see you and she asks about you all the time. In fact Kervin said first thing that he was sorry he missed our "meeting" meaning crawfish fest this year. They want to come this winter. In fact, as far as I know, they WILL be there!

ZaZU. Thank you again. I loke to shoot. My family is goofy and I just love them!!

I have no idea John Doe. You may want to ask one of the peeps who is better at the technical things. I love the canon's that I use. I guess it would depend on how far you want to go with it.

Nice pictures Sparkplug. I have a Great Uncle who has a farm in Oklahoma but I haven't been back there in years, you forget the beauty of other places.
I'm glad you guys were safe and had a good trip ;-)

Oh...And this one is one of Six's shots. I love it. I was so happy, I never get a pic of the kids with me. Well because I always am behind the camera. This suits me fine, but I am never really in the shots taken on vacations. Usually I get back and it is either myspace looking shots or ones of me alone. lol Decki
