That figure doesn't surprise me. What does is how people think they can safely pilot a motor vehicle while being sloshed!!! Driving sober is a challenge all to itself. DUI? well thats just insanity!!!!

Minimus..I would think a truer statement would be,1/3 of people who get stopped have been drinking..You get pulled over for a minor traffic violation and sh*t hits the fan..LOL!!...OUTLAW

A couple of drinks within an hr. can get you at .08 very easily.
