The Churches Are Going JW Style

  other cruches around shorter time than JWs have accumulated more members without door to door

  JWs numbers would literally double over night if they stopped door to door... many holding back because of fears of door to door work.

  so why continue?

  in the book THE TRUE BELIEVER it says something along the lines of Nazi Goose stepping... the reason is nothing more than a control issue. the more you can keep people doing meaningless and useless activities, the more you have them under your control.

  JWs say Hypnotism is binding with a spell and condemned in the bible, yet everything they do is a form of hypnosis, which in its basic form is just allowing someone else to do your thinking for you.

  Last weekend I went to the grocery store, and right outside were a bunch of people all wearing the same t-shirts with a cross, they were asking people to buy items from a list and donate to feed the hungry at their local homeless shelter, I bought some items on the list mostly dry and canned goods, why can't JW's do stuff like that, help the poor and hungry instead of bothering people with their silly magazines. I mean what better way to Witness gods love, by showing love for people less fortunate than yourself.

  I'm beginning to feel guilty that I don't do much for the less fortunate other than the occassional donation to charity. I applaud anyone who actually goes out and spends their time helping the ones in need.
