Never dreamed of aliens myself. Oddest dream for me was having a really bizarre dream and someone shaking me to wake me up. I thought how bizarre was that dream and then I woke up. So I was dreaming that I was dreaming bizarre dreams. How common is that sort of thing? - I just want to know so I'll know if I'm an individual or part of some strange group. :)

Well perhaps if I smoked the right kind of stuff there , exactly what was it you did prior to going to bed? LOL I've had some pretty strange dreams but always knew I was dreaming when I woke up , never did a web search for any news involving it.
LMFAO......ok, not dreams where ya have to check the news........i mean like if you went out on a winger, and had a dream you did something stupid......(like flash the bar) and wake up and arent sure if you did it or not! (no, i didnt do it) LOL

Heehee, I know, that's what was so strange about this dream. It was so convincing yet my logic was telling me it couldn't have happened. Still I had to search to "ease" my mind...lmao. This was the first time I have had it so real that I had to convince myself that it wasn't. It was actually amusing.

I have had a dream of dreaming of things which is mind boggling in itself...this is the first time I've had to convince my logic was still working...lol. Guess I'm in the "strange group" now...heehee

I must say that were I to consume four "frosty pops" and attempt to do my Trigonometry homework, I would later find upon examination of my homework the following day that I had indeed worked out all of the problems but that they had been from my Psycology book and that I would have plenty of "interesting" pictures stored on my graphing calculator. I would not even wish to imagine what further chaos would ensue from adding a complicated movie to the scenario. Nor would I be likely to retain any memory of dreams I may or may not have had that night.

Coming of age in the 1960's I became an avid reader of Fritz Perls and Gestalt Therapy. I liked his approach to dreams. Since they are your inventions YOU are everything in the dream.
So you put parts of the dream in a hot seat and talk to it.
Freedom Frog: Do you ever feel like an alien? Do you feel undiscovered? Maybe you need to ask the Alien in your dreams how they feel about nobody believing in them?
