People that allow their dogs to bark all night and disturb the neighbourhood, that's not dogs that bark a little every now and then but over long periods.
People that are so mean that if you take something from them they will resent you for a long time.

my number 1 pet peeve, i just remembered it. those stupid F@#&ING cards store make you have. ahhhhhhhh everybody has them now. these things piss me off. i never give the correct info on them. i don't want someone tracking my shopping habits. i'm not paranoid, i just hate the idea of it. they make you have them though. or else, you have to pay the inflated price they post. they put a higher price as the original price, then say, now it's only this, or buy one get one free. screw you, i know your lying. even if this item isn't marked up, others are to make up for it. god damn it. did i mention i hate those cards? rant over.

I'm in agreement with you on the barking dog thing greendawn. In my neighborhood, there was a dog once that would bark non-stop around 4 or 5 am. It was so bad to the point that I couldn't get back to sleep after being woken up by it. The police were called.

I don't know about the women, but men, in public restrooms have this annoying habit of not washing at all after using the restroom. I just cringe when they walk directly from the urinal right on out the door.

Yeah I can understand why some folks don't like them but I need and use them often. This week Krogers had Ballpark franks on sale for .99 with card (original price $3.19 w/o card) and right next to the franks was an automatic coupon machine spitting out coupons for .75 so I got the franks for .24 a box. I bought 3 boxes, then discovered that inside the boxes was another coupon for $1.50 for 2 boxes which broght the price up to .25 a box. Went back to the store and got another 6 boxes and I might go back for more.
