  Yes, in fact I remember the CO's wife telling us about China in connection to Matt 24:14. The entire inhabited earth will recieve the Good News because China wants the MEPS program in exchange for allowing our literature into the country. And something about using our books to teach english in schools. So don't worry, the 'work' is getting done all over the earth................The End can come now.

  This was about 5yrs ago now. She told this to everybody, as if Big News! And there was never any retraction at our KH.

  This is an instance where you hear 2 contradictory teachings from the WT.

  1) The good news will reach all the earth, and then the end will come.

  - AND -

  2) The good news won't reach all the earth because some EVIL governments won't let the Watchtower Society spread its propaganda in their land. Therefore those entire countries will perish at Armageddon, and the EVIL governments will bear "community responsibility" for the eternal deaths suffered by their people at Armageddon.

  Take your choice, they both must be true !! (Cognitive dissonance ... again)
