Sad Emo has hit a six on that one. When I outed myself to my father, he asked the same thing. I replied 'I don't know where I am going, but I am not going back!'
I like the burning house analogy too. Very good. :)

"Away from here," I'd say, "and I'll be much happier."
I was asked that very question when I exited last year. I didn't really answer it at the time, but I can now - I have finally found God through the Baptist Church I now attend.
Since that Church is only a short distance from the Kingdom Hall I used to attend, I am sure that my former JW brothers and sisters are well aware of where I've gone!
I was asked that question also and I said, I don't need to go anywhere, I've finally found myself, I am finally free to think, act, believe as I want, and I've never been happier! I found God, or as I prefer to say "The Creator" just looking at a beautiful sunset, at nature, at myself, I am greatful to whoever put this place together. But nowadays I don't feel a need to worship anyone since this act was started by humans and is spoken of in a book I no longer believe in. We teach our kids to be tolerant and respectful of others ideas and to show love whenever possible, and we teach them to be greatful for each day we are here. My children are very happy and have many freinds now, leaving was the best thing we ever did!!!!
Love,

I went to Jesus, via that little red brick church on the Rockhouse fork of Jenny's Creek. I have been happy with my choice ever since.
i was looking at some art sites this am
this pic .....is just a pic, but I guess I am too conditioned, two people standing outside a door just look like witnesses to me

"Where will I go?"
Well duh. I'm going to Disney World, silly! I'm surprise nobody has ever replied this way.. I think I'll have to one day.
I agreee with Ms Emo,
The have totally perverted this scripture in order to apply it to themselves.
They may get away with it in little dribs and drabs, but all this constant self-referencing becomes a joke. Just take a look at the Revelation Climax book for a million daft examples !

God and Jesus do not disappear, I say, He is always there....no need for an organization that only exist because of donations from it's members. Without the members to donate, it will cease and die. Money keeps religions alive. AND that's the truth!
JESUS: 42 Watchtower: 0 Game Over Plus they have very little cheerleaders, 7 million? TopHat, no money needed to worship God. We would still be sitting under trees in the shade worshipping, if all the money and luxuries went away.
