Most religions are content to ringing their bells, and having people come to them. No effort is made to provide such ongoing personal assistance.

Jehovah's Witnesses have developed a most effective teaching method.
At present, over 6 million such Study Courses are being held.

They are volunteers in the truest sense of the word; using their own funds to accomplish this, without re-imbursement.

I cannot put into words just how angry that statement makes me.

EXCUSE ME???? Does that mean that they are expecting a jump to 12 million or are they counting "personal study" in this? And, I'm sure not every witness even does personal study. I never did.

People who have taken the course, learn the answers to very basic questions, within a short period of time, (a week or 2), which others won’t learn in 50, 60 or more years within a denomination

I was a witness for 28 years and I still don't know shit!

You should respond and ask how these volunteers feel that their "own funds" are being used to silence the mouths of pedophile victims and their families.

Actually, I sort of give the guy credit for his enterpreneural spirit!

I'd *much* rather be contacted via a Craigslist posting than by someone at my door unannounced. Kudos to him for daring to bend the rules.

Too bad he has such a fraudulent product to peddle.

Thank you, and may your day be blessed. Gunter

Ooops, he's not up on the current understanding...it's a "no no" to invoke a blessing.

I would still be wary about this being a scammer. My girlfriend was looking for a dog and responded a craigslist add for a dog. They replied by asking for her personal information instead. Why don't you ask for their information and see if they give it to you? Tell them that you are just cautious about who you give out your personal information to.

I would respond back with a bogus addy & tel #.

~~ Please provide name, address, and phone number, so you can be contacted.

    sure...who wouldn't do that?

Just yesterday, we were talking about JW's and being honest...

I see each of these statements as untruths or lies.

Most religions are content to ringing their bells, and having people come to them. No effort is made to provide such ongoing personal assistance.
Jehovah's Witnesses have developed a most effective teaching method.
People who have taken the course, learn the answers to very basic questions, within a short period of time, (a week or 2),

That's it...I'm just saying...most religions don't ring their bells and wait for others to come. I've seen MUCH more effort providing ongoing personal assistance.

and to the second and third quote....
