  I use a "pouf" and whatever liquid soap I can find at the Dollar Tree. Maybe that's why my wife sleeps on the recliner.

  that link doesn't even work when you click on it, but I do like Burt's Bee. For shower I really like the peppermint Dr. Bronner's soap, but you will probably want to ignore the freaky preachy religious message on it.
