Watch French movies while drinking Italian wine.
Spend hours in a book store.
Spend hours on the internet.
Go to a cowboy poetry reading.
Buy myself a birthday present as well as anyone else I care about.
Spend time with my family instead of dubs.
Flirt.
Go to the Greek festival at the Greek Orthodox Church.
Go to my friend's child's First Communion (at which I wondered, "How could people give this up to become JW's?")
Invest in real estate.
Enjoy(!) my retirement.
Relax and enjoy a leisurely walk around the lake without thinking about other things I "should" be doing.
And so many more....

Sass...I am telling you, you'll love it. If you're scared, just try a piercing. Think of how a protruding barbell would look while you're going braless!!! It's just a quick, sharp prick and if you breath correctly, you barely feel it. Tats on the other hand, HURT! I felt like I was getting branded w/ an iron seer. I love my tats, but they are my last.

I have bought every sort of Christmas decoration I could get. Figurines of Santa's workshop, figurines and waterglobes depicting a church, lights, Santa clauses, mistletoes, garlands, a Christmas tree, demons (or what the Tower calls demons), and even crosses. I wouldn't have even thought of having these items while in the Tower.
Listening to Christmas music. That was another thing I wouldn't have even thought of doing. But I have found a number of them quite entertaining, and some come from the church/Gospel artists. One that has become quite hard to find lately, but was easy to find in the mid-1990s, is Hey Santa by Carnie and Wendy Wilson. Highly recommended. (Back then, I thought of it as garbage).
Getting online, including apostate Web sites. Even posting on an apostate forum--once even helping run one.
Getting a Ouija board without fear of demons running in it. I got one, and there were no demons in it.
Not having to worry about what the next thing the Watchtower Society is going to ban or start cracking down on next. Whether it be entertainment, education, the Internet, coffee, or independent reading, I can just blow off whatever regulation they come up with.
Missing all the meetings and going whole months without worrying that I haven't been out in service yet that month. Speaking of which this is the 26th consecutive month that is going to pass in its entirity without my going out in at least dummy service.
Getting hard core rap music. I did that late in my stay in the Tower, but when I first started I fell along with the Led Zeppelin bashing frenzy. I even got rid of my Led Zeppelin LP--all one of them. Now I have the whole box set, along with some gangsta rap. I no longer worry if the songs have swearing on them, are blatantly obscene, glorify violence and have gunshots, glorify using and selling drugs, or are demonic. I play them anyway.
Putting porn on my computer. On purpose.

ouija board reminds me - I like to play around with tarot cards which my christian husband felt was demonic. They are just cards, it's just a game, and there are no demons except maybe people who run these god-damned churches.

Enjoying freedom
Enjoy life as an independent person living life by my rules and principles (which, by the way, are actually far higher than those the WT can ever come up with!!)

I think a lot of exjws and some jws decide to look at internet porn simply because they can. The World Wide Web has everything. I think there's a lot of sneaky JWs out there.
