    This thread made me recall a rhyme we used to sing at school . . .

    This thread make me think of a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with all of you. I'm getting hungry already.

    IP_Sec..Divide the breasts into meal size portions,then freeze them..There are many good suggestions here on how to prepare them,when you are ready to eat them.................Bigreaux..We got deep fryers in the stores for turkeys up here..A very new idea for the "Great White North"..I couldn`t believe my eyes..I thought"Who would deep fry a Turkey???"..Now I know!..LOL!!...OUTLAW

    Ok I just decided to back it like a regular turkey for now. Boring i know but I'll try some of these cooler suggestions next time

    We should get bigdreaux up here for our Thanksgiving next month. That way he can have two Thanksgiving dinners about 6 weeks apart.

    Bigreaux..I`m willing to taste anything once..And..I do love a good turkey meal.....When I was in Culinary Arts School our Chef Teacher wanted us to taste a paste used in sushi..A very Japanese thick sauce called "Wassabe"..We were all to put the Wassabe on the sushi..Then everyone had to take a bit at the same moment..It was God AweFull!!..You never saw so many Future Chef`s running for doors,windows,garbage cans and sinks to spit it out..Our Chef laughed his ass off..LOL!!...OUTLAW

    wassabee is awesome, but, moderation is the key. i usually mix it with soy sauce and dip my sushi in it.

    if you decide to attempt to fry a turkey, let me know. there is alot you need to know. if you do it wrong, you will have a grease fire. avoiding it is very simple, but, you must do what i tell you, or you will be going to the hospital while you are calling the fire department. lol
