Wondeful!!! This is exactly what we need! Keep these deadly drivers away from us! And Kit Kat eaters should beware!

What's wrong over there?! Your courts let the JW pedophile out, and give someone using a cell phone on the road 2 years. Your legal system is as f**ked up as ours.

Thankfully, we have laws that allow the government to fine even KitKat eaters! I still can't get over that one.

Not happy about the KitKat issue... that hardly requires concentration.

I'll see if I can get some news clippings to make your blood boil !

Something else that gets me - is that is we don't have a no smoking sign on each door at work, we can get fined !

Oh give me a break. The law should stay out of such trivial matters.

The gov't and special interest groups benefit everytime people are fined. Insurance companies get to charge more $$$$. They just love to micromanage everything.

Having kids in the car can be a problem too! I say lock up the parents that wantonly take their wild kids for a drive!

Try locking me up mister, I dare ya!

Mini, have you recently been arrested for some auto related crime, alot of your posts lately, are very F&$@% the establishment with regard to automotive govermental policies. Just wondering.

While it might seem a pain in the butt, these laws are there for good reason, its to reduce the amount of avoidable car accidents. Talking on a cell phone is a great way to get distracted while driving, most people agree with that. And with the exception of sneezing (been there, done that, beyond my control), I agree, there are alot of idiotic things you can do to endanger yourself and others on the road, at least the government is trying to eliminate one of them. If that saves even one persons life, its worth it right?
