  Thankfuly I took a picture, I knocked the board over DOH!

  LOL @ morph!!

  I used to love playing Risk when I was younger. Strangely, it was one of the few times when I could spend extended time in the same room as my dad without fear of getting hit - prolly cos he was happy just to beat the hell out of me on the gameboard instead! - he was masterclass at it. A game could take several days so we didn't play it very often.

  We have the original design game and pieces. It's possibly worth some money by now. The board isn't as colouful as yours and the armies are hollow, open ended cubes rather than shaped pieces.

  i could only make it through a complete game of risk when i was high. everything was interesting then. pretty boring otherwise.
