If there is only onte truth (one reality) then there is only one true religion! Problem is that we, as sinful beings, are not able to identify it for 100% And yes, there is no one true religion if religion is assumed to be something like WT or RCC organization. True religion is invisible. In Christianity it it teaching about Una Sancta!

As an ex JW I have to answer no, as I now believe all religion is dangerous, especially when you come to believe that you have the "Truth," and everyone else has got it wrong.

Once you are in that mindset you are open to suggestion and are capable of committing apauling acts in God's name, such as flying aircraft into the Twin Towers and killing thousands of innocent people, while believing you are doing God's will.

If you leave God and the Devil out of the equation though, you then become personally responsible for your own actions and personal accountability can only be a good thing.

Saying that, I do believe the truth is out there and also believe that by studying the Bible rather than someone else's ideas (such as are found in JW publications) you can soon see that Cristianity is based on a lie and the teachings of the self appointed Apostle Paul rather than the teachings of Jesus.

The truth is, there is no such thing as religious truth...

There is no "one true religion." Religion is so men can put God in a box and their fellows in a prison.

    One true religion? Hell NO!

Be true to yourself, treat others the way you want to be treated and try very hard to be a good person, husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother..........

Don't get caught up in religion it's evil!!!

Religions are like bickering parents in a child custody battle, vying for favour. Their rationale is usually 'look at all the bad things the other religions are doing', and then claim that if the others are wrong, then they must be in the right. The fact that they're also wrong seems to escape them.

Organised religion is the exploitation of superstitious beliefs.

The true religion is found in the gospel pure and simple, it is the essence of the gospel which doesn't even allow for many interpretations there is just one obvious interpretation. Why there are so many of these I don't know what I do know is that most Christian religions fail in its practice.

I think it's nice that the one true religion always ends up being the one that matches people's personal beliefs.

Truly a testament to Jehovah/Jesus/Allah/Vishnu/Satan's guidance.

    Thanks, Para.

My father thanks you as well.

    LOL!

We give power to that which we deify.

In that sense, it becomes very real.

But to cross one's arms, expecting your deity of choice to make something happen, is dangerous.
