If it fits the definition of a cult, then it is a cult. That would be a fact, not an opinion. This writer clearly does not understand the difference between fact and opinion. Just another example of misusing words. I guess they have divine inspiration on the dictionary too.

Actually it needs only one response. If as the commenter states that all ex-JW's were unrepentant and thats why they left, why not open up the files and records they so assiduously, keep.
