5-6 hours is usually all I get.
Too much pain.
Sounds like people need a nap time, except for bb. I sleep ok. Recently started doing the nap thing. I read that it's supposed to be beneficial for the heart. That's my story, anyway.

I am an excellent sleeper, unless it is a hotel.
My sleep rhythm is messed up. I go to bed at a reasonable time like 11pm but wake up several times during the night.
I think the light sleep part of the cycles get too light and that's why I wake up.
Maybe I drink too much water and get the signal and that wakes me up.
I started taking a Tylenol PM every night to stay asleep and it works.
I need the full 8 hours, no more no less or I'm wasted for the day.

That is all the coffee I drink a day. That's not too much and I don't drink it past 5 pm, so the caffeine is gone by bedtime.

of disturbed sleep patterns....
saw an acupuncturist
got an herbal remedy
called "root the spirit"
all's well!
Recently had a sleep study done. Slept for six hours. Woke up @ 150 times during that six hours, or so the sleep study said.
No sleep apnea. Doctor says it's because I have fibromyalgia and am in chronic pain. He said there's nothing to be done about it.
It sucks.
