I know pleanty of witness paralegals. In fact, I used to know one pioneer paralegal who was used at bethel. She asked to be accepted at bethel and they told her, that if she had a law degree they would have. She was not too happy, since she had not gone to law school so she could pioneer. Satange twist of fate, huh?

It seemed to me that ANYTHING related to the arts was discouraged. I was into any and every form of art you can imagine, but the arts usually deal with depicting truth and reality - thus, they don't really fit in...especially performing of any sort. I wanted to take drawing/painting/graphic design SO BADLY, but my parents only encouraged PRINTING (as in using a printing press so that I could get into Bethel).

I would think working where I work would be highly unapproved of, maybe even a DF offense. The company I work for contracts taking porn and capturing it in MPEG Format then streaming it over our websites. We are the largest Video On Demand supplier for porn in the world.

My wife (oneoftwelve), was told that being a midwife was a no-no as it would expose her to blood issues, abortion, unwed couples and other filthy practices. She figured that marriage, children and knitting was as good as it will get in this system.

Last year at age 42 she came top of her class in foundation studies and this year is in the top 5 % of her 1st year midwifery class.

Meek girl that she is, she now proffers the middle finger to the old Bastards in Brooklyn.

There were two elder police officers in my circuit for a number of years. Several other JDubs were as well but did not serve.

I was a musician as were several others who all came into the congregation at the same time. We were all lectured about that b4 getting baptized. We all dropped the music.

A few years later I decided to change carrers and work full time. Again the lectures of doing less in the ministry and working more. This was in '89. Everyone felt that there was no way the system would go on for another 5 years so why change things now. I ignored them and worked full time. What year is it now?
