  I jsut dont know what to think...........they must be busy, maybe not want to tell me the BAD news, but still no call.

  You need to wait IMO. They may be busy or haven't gotten together for their absolute final
  decision. Even on the extreme end, they could have chosen someone else, but don't know if
  they will accept their salary and terms, so want to have you waiting as back-up to their NO.

  Give them until nearly the end of the business day, IMO.

  actually the job is full on commission, so negotiating is not a bargaining tool. The did interview another person after myself, so they may have been a consideration. Its difficult to come off the street and get hired around here. I live in the good ole boy country. you gotta know someone that knows someone that knows someone. I had excellent experiance and interviewed for over an hour and half. So. I know people dont put that kind of time into an interview if they were not interested.

  But i have been out for a long time, and was a bit nervous, which is natural. Anyway, I am anxious, of course, And there wont be much I can do over the weekend if the decision is yay or nay. And I know I wont starve or become homeless, or any of that stuff.

  I JUST WANT TO KNOW................

  He hired an established designer from the area, which is an awesome deal for his store. So I did not get that job.

  BUT, he has a position opened in flooring, that he wants me to interview for, they loved me and want to see if this is something I would like to do.

  It is interviewing with another manager........so I interview next Thursday 10:30, be there or be square. There is alot of money potential in the flooring and.......it could get my foot in the door for furniture.

  Thanks for hanging in there with me today.
