you are probably right. The thing is these are really nice people and that is hard to find these days to work for.
I am a little upset with myself that I did not hang in there with this job a bit longer till I found another, but like my friend just said to me,
Thats not you purps. You stood up for what was right.
I know this place is chipping away at me, and I guess I could have endured it, but I just don't want to.
I guess time will tell how this journey will take me.

Seems like they really do want you because of the offer for the floor job. Many moons ago I worked for WJ Slone which was a premier furniture company in NY at one time and there is lots of potential for big bucks in sales.
