When our house wouldn't sell, my MIL sent us some of those. Just for giggles, my husband burried one in the yard, one in some land we were trying to sell, and put one in his boat we couldn't unload for the past year. All three sold fairly quickly.
Don't believe in that stuff, but it's a coincidence we laugh over.

Poke fun all you want. This works! I wrote about this in another thread a while ago. My house sold, pronto, after using this tactic. I was very surprised to find the little kit at the Christian store and tried it. It worked.
Nathan I don't know if you could use it to get rid of unwanted neighbors as there is a prayer that you recite and bury along with the staute. I suppose it's worth a try.
