requesting no more JW visits or legal action will be taken.
of course if there would happen such a thing JWs would see it as fulfillment of prophecy and as a final proof that they're the chosen ones.
Freeme - They would see it as prophecy being fulfilled but whatever happens they will see it with their mindset anyway. It could still be a potentially effective method of bringing to peoples attention what the borg are really like, thus stopping their expansion hopefully.

They no doubt would, but they would also become aware of something that the WBTS
has tried to sweep under the rug. The point is to bring awareness to the community. Let the JW's
think what they want, but when they go out in service and have to skip so many houses
because they have been added to the, do not visit list, they will have no choice but to wake up
to the reality of the situation. Who knows, something like this might even begin to get news coverage.

They'll get their reward in time. The more the dirt get's out from the washing and the increase exodus of members, means less $$$$ in their pockets too.

This would be an easy case to win. Someone said it earlier...organization. That's the key.
Huge lawsuit settlements over pedophilia, and I never heard 1 word about it in the national news, but if someone takes a video of a dog jumping off a roof and lands unharmed.. it makes a 10 second national news clip on TV. There's something wrong there.
5,000 come forward in a major lawsuit against the WTS?......that's powerful. GET IT DONE PEOPLE.
Easy case to win? Right. So, a lot of plaintiffs makes a case easy to win, huh. Why don't we get 5,000 people together and sue Ford for selling cars too cheaply. After all, if they didn't sell cheap cars, people would go to school and earn more money in order to afford expensive cars, right? Ford, therefore, is keeping people from going to college. 5,000 people suing will make it an easy case to win.
If this is such an easy case to win, why haven't we heard of any big cases against the WTS yet? All we have heard of are of the cases the WT paid off, and that wasn't thru the media, they don't give a damn about any of this. Most of us came to know that through this forum. Now for those that were born into the cult, like I was, how about suing the parents? They were the ones who got us into it.
less plaintifs have won over lesser issues. Get a clue. See, these are the attitudes that contribute to nothing being seriously done. By the way if your gonna put your fingers to the keyboard, make sure making a valid comparison.

Like I said, lots of people refuse to believe that it's unlikely we would prevail in a lawsuit, maybe because they don't want it to be true. Usually they check with an attorney and review AndersonsInfo's experience and find out it's true. I know, because I was one of those people.
Anyone is free to consult their own attorney, and all the power to them if they are able to win a lawsuit against the borg.
