If every disfellowshipping ended up in a brawl that had to involve the police being called, things would quickly change in the organization. If every disfellowshipped person 'went ballistic' at the announcement in disruption, things would change.

I'm sorry, but the premise of this is just absurd. Assaults are a bad idea, period.

    Metatron,

What are the chance that one of the 'sheeple' will do that ?

What are the chances that the 'sheeple' will notice ?

You only have to look at what has happened here in THE CHURCH OF EX JEHOVAHS WITNESSES ( INTERNET BRANCH ) with the Danny incident, and how many people still saw nothing or have no opinion about what they saw ?

If an incident actually took place such as the one you describe ACTUALLY took place in the future and YOU had something to do with it. They (the Sheeple) would say that it never happened, dont talk about it or the devil was testing them.

Finally they would say that YOU were MAD, BAD AND DANGEROUS TO KNOW OR ASSOCIATE WITH.

    The Result ?

    No change any where.

Scroll down to "Madame Du Barry" and read!

    http://www.blastmilk.com/decollete/guillotine/

"This convinced me that if the victims of these terrible times had not been so proud, had not met death

with such courage, the Terror would have ended much earlier".

Attendants you say? But he's chained to the chair! And he sends out letters ( outwardly disguised

as a greeting card) to all the congregation! And he takes out a 3 column ad in the local

    "Pennysaver".

Drew, I would point out that men often sacrifice their lives to fight for their families, all over the world,

in every culture. That's what the injustice here is: not assaulting two Witnesses door to door but

opposing wicked men who are seeking to destroy families - in countless cases - and making a public

controversy about it. You have no right to simply assault bonehead Witnesses door to door - but

the evil that elders often commit is an entirely different matter - and needs public attention.

Here is one way something positive can come out of a temper tantrum. If someone loses it and causes embarrassment for the Watchtower Society, the government might be more inclined to pass laws that undermine the Tower's ability to function. And that goes doubly so if the riot was about someone getting disfellowshipped for exposing a pedophile in the organization--what a big embarrassment that would be.

Imagine if this person who stood up and proclaimed that they knew someone had molested their children, then imagine another person standing up and saying something similiar, then another one. I can imagine a situation like this would cause some havoc.

Most JW's dont have the cajones to do something like this.

It would be great to see other people have some balls, stand up and take sides with that person. A situation like this could really rip apart a congregation.

    You are sooooo right!

We drop our widdle head and skulk out the door of the Kingdom Hall like whipped pups.

It reminds me of the old film footage of prisoners being marched out into the field and being made to dig their own graves, then; kneeling over the edge of the hole and dociley accepting the bullet in the back of their skull as they topple into the grave. One person is spared long enough to throw dirt on the corpses, then; they too are murdered.

All the DF'd people walking around with Jehovhah-sized wounds in their soul could arouse a cry to the very heavens that roared in pain, anger and frustration at having their life shredded and their beloved brethern torn from their lives.

What hurts most is having the eyesight restored once you leave and seeing clearly....all too clearly... for the first time what an awful lie it was all built upon.

We "apostates" are the Frankenstein monsters created by the propaganda, the disingenuous hype and the false promises gone sour and festering in unrequited longing. We should scream at them, get in their faces and confront them with who we are. Who are we? WE ARE THEM! We are the side of their own selves they refuse to see.

We, the living, confront them: the walking dead whose brains have been removed!

We should never remain silent. We should never avert our eyes and go gently into that good night!

Our cry should reverberate in their very souls and haunt their docile surrender to the monotony of empty lies.

Their "Truth" is a glass house which must be reduced to irrevocable shards. We are the instrument of its destruction.

Be not peaceable with Jehovah's Witnesses, you will cost them their lives by non-confrontations!

Are police even allowed into churches with their guns on?

Isn't the chruch supposed to be considered a place of refuge?

In ages past, haven't fugitives gone to the church for hiding and refuge, so they could not be apprehended by government?

So how could police intervene without crossing the line of the separation of church and state?

Wouldn't police merely consider the brawl a "church function" and not intefere?

Cops don't take their guns off for any reason, NONE. According to the ones I know. Yes, even at church, and not only in Texas.

If called for assistance, they'd have to respond.
