He should "not resign"? But (in September) that's originally what he said he would do if he wasn't cleared. Well, the judge here didn't clear him.
I have heard nary a word of support for him in the Senate, not even from his fellow Republicans. How will he be able to work effectively to represent his state in DC?
I know it's hard to let go of power. But this is something he should have thought about before misbehaving in public.

From what I read about him, he is not very popular and well liked in DC anyway. He comes from a state that has basically never elected a Democrat and all he has to do is be on the ballot to win.
