****** Scully, I am requesting all POSTERS be reasonably respected. This forum has the ability to heal those that leave the WT Society immensely.

But rather than being a haven for those that leave the WTS, it's turning more into a haven for atheists.

And even those, like myself, that do believe in God, but have already left the WTS, this place is no longer a place to find comfort today IMHO. If you have theistic views and beliefs, you will be pummeled once you click on the active topics link.

EVERY TIME.

You will be insulted and attacked DAILY. Your beliefs will be challenged, laughed at and disrespected DAILY. And when your core beliefs are attacked and ridiculed, we tend to take that personally, and feel as if WE are attacked as well.

I for one have lost all JW's friendships on this small island in which my wife I live. Business partners walked away. Employees left as well. I cannot see my step son or his own newborn.

I have posted my own letter of disassociation as well as numerous articles and comments to try to help those trying to leave the WT Society or those just wanting HEAL from leaving WTS and losing so much in the process.

Should I have to come here and see all of these atheist attacks and continuous insults, on my own personal beliefs, every single time I click on the topics link?

When I do jump in and defend those beliefs, it means weeks for me because it is one theist against many dozens of atheists here.

Who here, then, should have to go through this kind of attack? I am already persecuted enough by the JW's here where In live.

Why can't the JWD be a place of peace and encouragement? Without all of the attacks along the way?

If things continue as they are, I too will pack up and just get out.
