Well I'm a Dallas fan, and have been for about 15 years now, so I'll pipe up, and simply say "Go Cowboys". But I'll tell ya, you Vikings fans are lucky to have a really great young player in Adrian Peterson, he's not only a good player, he seems like a mature young man as well. The key to this game for Dallas in the second half is going to be stopping the run, and making Jackson beat them, and offensively, Dallas needs to start running the ball with Marion Barber and also just keep throwing, Minnesota is awful against the pass.

GO VIKIKNGS - Go Adrian !!

I'd say both teams are weak against the pass, and the Vikings' quarterback is still learning while Romo should be having a better game than he is.

Romo, has 1 TD, no interceptions, over 200 yards passing and has only like 5 incompletions, going into half time, what more do you want??? Minnesota is so tough against the run, that I think they forgot how to defend the pass. Dallas has some injuries, which is why they are a little weak against the pass right now, which New England did an excellent job of exploiting last week.

Romo sucks...he's Ryan Leaf with a good attitude...so that means he will be nursing an arm injury playing golf in about 3 years instead of 1.

Since I am into all things Texas, I have adopted the Dallas Cowboys as my team.

Dallas---Home of the Cowoys, and the worlds best Apostafests.

Burger time, I don't know who the hell you've been watching, but Ryan Leaf? C'mon, that's like me comparing Brett Favre to Todd Marinovich. And BTW, Go Cowboys, sure they won't win the Superbowl, but they'll at least clean house in the NFC.

Bluesbreaker -- I didn't "want" any more from Romo -- I am a Vikings fan, remember? At halftime though, the Cowboys had a total of ONE scoring drive. I don't care about lots of little receptions, points are what matters.

Romo is getting all sorts of kudos and comparisons to Brett Favre, and yet for this whole game he only really led two scoring drives. The blocked field-goal return and the fumble recovery led to 10 points, good for Dallas -- they won.

I just think Romo needs to step up his game if Dallas is going to be considered one of the best teams in the NFL. Right now over in the AFC several teams are better than ANY team in the NFC, including Dallas.

If Romo steps up his game, then Dallas will go to the Super Bowl. There are still 9 games left, it's a long season. The last two seasons the NFC has been represented in the Super Bowl by teams with really good defense and ordinary offense. With all the talent surrounding Romo (Barber and the receiving corps) the Dallas offense should be better than "ordinary".

Minnesota Vikings, a snake bite franchise:

Super Bowl IV: 13 point favorite. Lost to Kansas City 23-7

1970: 12-2 but lost in the first round of the NFC playoffs on their home field to San Francisco, 17-14

1971: 11-3 but lost in the first round of the NFC playoffs on their home field to Dallas, 21-12

1973: 12-2, but lost to Miami in Super Bowl VIII after allowing a Super Bowl record for rushing to Larry Csonka of the Dolphins

1974: 10-4 but lost to Pittsburgh in Super Bowl IX after allowing a Super Bowl record for rushing to Franco Harris of the Steelers

1975: 12-2 but lost to Dallas on their home field on, arguably, one of the most famous plays in NFL history called the Hail Mary pass

1976: 11-2-1 but lost to Oakland in Super Bowl XI

1977: 9-5 but lost in the NFC Championship game to Dallas, the eventual Super Bowl champion

1982: allowed an NFL record, and unbreakable, run by Tony Dorsett of 99 yards; Dallas had only 10 men on the field

1989: traded 5 players and 6 draft picks to Dallas for Herschel Walker; Minnesota barely made the playoffs in 1989 and finished below .500 in 1990 and 1991. Dallas used the draft picks to build the team of the 90's and win 3 Super Bowls

1998: Minnesota became the first team to win 15 games in the regular season but fail to win the Super Bowl. The Vikings had set an NFL record for most points ever scored in a season, and their field goal kicker had gone 35-35 but missed a 35 yard field goal allowing the Atlanta Falcons to tie the game and send it to overtime where they won

2000: Minnesota lost the NFC Championship game 41-0
