  O, it is just that simple. Do not make something simple complex, bro. The fact is the WT wants compliance and gulible acceptance. NOTHING in the Borg is designed to train a person to think or be self reliant. The gaol is to produce a group of beings just capable of changing thier own diaper....

  Your ARE doing great!! You ARE in Journey. And, because you are approaching Life, now, with increasing clarity you will do fine.

  To be "Apostate" you must........?

  Gauge yourself according to someone else's idea of who you are?

  Never considered myself apostate when I left or since. Their term for me, not mine. I'm just an honest man making his way in the world,....lol.

  Thanks Vern, (god I love that shortened form!) as bad as I have had been the last two years, finally tellng my wife (after she asked me what to expect) I did say, "yeah, right now, as far as spiritual things, you are own your own, but that is the way it always has been, spirituality is an individual thing". Ever since then, which is really only a couple of weeks ago, I have felt so CLEAR mentally and like this weight is totally off of me. She had to know it for awhile, but totally COME OUT, has really helped me.

  Oompa..You say you are 4th generation JW..You don`t know what makes someone an "Apostate"..Why???...OUTLAW

  Outlaw, I have already cited two posts you probably did not get to read before you posted, but be sure and check out what Cicatrix, Wizzard, and Vernon have posted...they say it WAY better than I could as to why I don't know EVERTHING as a 4th Gen JW. It helped me a lot, but if you still have questions, I have seen one or two 5th Gen JW here that might could help you. Maybe they will post too. Please don't put too much in Gerrards post, as he may have only been goofing off or joking, you know, kidding around, like maybe he was not really being serious, just speaking in jest...I can't think of the Canadian term, you may want to pm him......best wishes.....oompa

  Oompa..Your initial post indicates you don`t know what you would have to do.To be disfellowshipped for apostasy..Which seems odd for a 4th generation JW....Then you attempt to instruct me on what constitutes apostasy..???.....You are a very confused Googley-Eyed HunchBack!..LOL!!.....I` have never been DF`d for anything..I am simply,an "Extremely In-Active JW" in WBT$ World..LOL!!...OUTLAW

  Thanks so much for your input Outlaw! While I thought I knew most every nuance of what could or could not be considered Apostacy, I was way off base. Thanks to your insightful explanations, in depth research and historical anylasis of every aspect of Apostacy, I see things so much clearer and I am sure everyone on the board feels the same. Your local hall is really missing out on a jewel........your the best!!!!............oompa
