If we could only feel like this again!

Below is one of my favourite pics of my daughter (in blue) at college during a rain storm!

But these days, since we are desparately trying to finish an outdoor project before the snow flies, the rain makes me blue...

Love 'em especially when I can stay home with a good book or lay around all day doing nothing!

Given Dixie's extreme drought - I'd love a week of rainy days.

I love the beauty and drama of lightning storms and gentle rain while I sleep.

Speaking of which, I'm going back to bed for a bit, like I said I was and hour ago . . . . I hope it rains.

    Summer rain is the best....

Cold autumn rain just makes me want to stay in bed

Rainy days are fine by me. I agree with eclipse, rainy fall days are the best for crawling into bed with a good book.

I hate them. Especially at this time of year when you get day after day of grey, crappy days hanging over the Great Lakes. I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder and if I go for 3 or 4 days without seeing the sun, I start really feeling depressed. I'd do good in a place like Arizona where the sun is out most of the year.

If Hillary Clinton gets in and gets universal health care, man on man, I'd consider moving to the States.

....as long as it isn't rainy and gloomy more than it is sunny.

I have S.A.D. (Seasonal affective disorder) Basically...the sun gives you vitamins and also diminishes the melatonin (Makes you sleepy) in your body. When I live in a place that doesn't get sufficient sunshine, I get REALLY depressed and tired. (Like MA...I hated it there in the winter)

I'm just glad I'm still here to experience them.
