Cambridge is a nice place - I've visited there.
Russia is quite corrupt - there are people there trying to make a fast buck - people who you wouldn't expect. You need to be very sharp if you go there or you might find it doesn't work out cheaper after all!

I lived in Cambridge for 15 years and it is fabulous! Downing College is one of the university colleges in the centre of town...this looks a wonderful opportunity.
