I really am not much of a scary movie fan, I don't thrive on traumatizing myself I do however like suspense here and there. My first introduction was "When a Stranger Calls" and the sequel, both were great suspense.

As for movies that scared the hell out of me and left me loving it? "The Ring" and "The Ring 2". You haven't lived until you've seen a big beardy man quivering in fear on the porch after a movie

My sister said both those Ring movies scared the living shit out of her and she would not watch either of them ever again. BTW, she's seen probably every scary movie out there including the Exoricist but she said the Ring really freaked her out.......I have no intention of ever watching either of these.......I just don't like stuff like that. What can I say? I'm a wus!!

Yeah, JK 666, I've heard of those being really scary, never saw the Texas Chainsaw Massacres, will have to !

Also, Cicatrix, I forgot about Mothman Prophecies, I have that one too, as well as What Lies Beneath ! Both those movies freaked me out too ! I still get chills watching both of those ! I understand Mothman Prophecies was a true story, so maybe that is why it gets to me a bit more ! Peace out, Mr. Flipper

I have 3 and only 3....I never watch these kind of movies...but these were bad stuff to me and I did watch them.

The Shining ( read the book and it was way worse than the movie)...was in New York at the time on business alone in an old hotel room. Do you remember the scene where the shower curtain scraped across the rod? I kid you not at the exact time I was reading that, I heard the shower curtain scrape across the rod...thinking it was in my hotel room. It was the guy next door, but by god I didn't sleep all night.

The Haunting saw the walls breathing and never got over it.

TheGhost and Mr. Muir....watched as a kid and thought I was going to have a nerveous breakdown.

Thats it, thats the worst I have been able to watch in my life.

    r.
