I enjoy exposing JWs for what they really are.
I get the sense at times that some might think we pick on them.
What's your opinion?

I don't think they are being "picked on" . It's not like people are saying they are all evil and should go to Hell. If that has been said I've missed the topic post for it. Other than that I don't think this is a bad site.
people come to this site willingly and read it willingly. I have only been here for a short time and I have not seen too much negative talk going on. Actually, none at all. I think the former JW's are saying it how it is since they know first hand. I know stuff because I've done my homework and take time to reveiw and make my own decissions, not rely on one source. If I am going to read or hear about something I'm going to put effort into finding out further.
So no, there's really no picking on JW on this site. :-)

The JW's continuously, day and night, pick on other religions and on their own members too so it's normal that we can defend ourselves and the other side of the truth that they ignore.

If they're here reading this, they're going against orders from Brooklyn headquarters.
If they take this stuff personally, then they have esteem issues. We don't name names here, so we're probably not talking about THEM personally.
If they get on here and try to stir up the waters, yes they do get picked on. And deservedly so.
If they get on here and try to engage in honest discussion, we do not pick on them.

In general this is true. But some posters do attack rather than engage in honest discussion. We should not be trying to 'expose' a JW, but expose the religion instead, in such a way as to help a JW break free. JW's are victims, as so many here can testify.

You're right, James. There are times when a few of our posters feel the need to yank a JW poster too hard. If a JW comes on here to bring up ideas or questions in a reasonable manner, they not only deserve our respect but our support! That was daring of them to come here.

as I see it most are picking on the CONviNcED beLIEveRS who run the show and have entrapped the mass of JWs in their hypnotic web of deceits... as any upstanding citizen must when they see a fraud perpetuated.

I expose JWs, not "a" JW. Although the religion is made of individuals, the purpose here is to show how the religion is false.
