I HAVE WRITTEN TO SOCIAL SECURITY, TELLING THEM THAT I DON'T LIKE THEIR ORM WHICH THREATENS ONE WITH SUSPECTION OF BENEFITS IF I FAIL to return the schedule forms on time.

I explained to them in my letter that instead of sending these forms, they should give me some help to achieve my goals, that would be more helpful.

Are these new forms that you never had to fill in before? Good for you for telling them what you think anyway

They probably won't stop your benefits - they just threaten that so that you'll send the forms back quicker.

I had to apply for sickness benefit once and they gave me a form which was (no kidding) about 20 pages long. I had concussion at the time and couldn't have even filled in half of it so I threw it in the bin.

Guess what - they still paid me sickness benefit!

What exactly are the goals you are refering to? It's hard to go against red tape and bureaucracy. Why don't you just complete and return the required forms in time?

The way I see it,greendawn,is they should be giving me help.

My goal is to be off benefit.

Nothing wrong with filling out forms. There has to be some accountability.

FORM FILLING IS OVERDOING THINGS,I HAVE ALREADY SENT IN SOME FORMS WITH THE INFORMATION.

I see, so once you file a form your position is that you should never have to file another?
