I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE DWP,TELLING ME THEY EXPECT ME TO FILL IN THE FORM, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE TOLD THEM I AM THINKING OF GIVING UP THE WORK I WANTED TO DO.

That position is self centered and unreasonable. I would suggest you not apply for any more benefits if filling forms out is too much of a burden.

ITS NOT AN APPLICATION FORM FOR BENEFIT, RATHER ITS A SELF-EMPLOYMENT/PAYE THING TO FILL IN FOR EACH DAY.

There ar many things in life - and in particular bureaucracy - that are silly or onerous. Still, most adults participate to the best of their ability to achieve a desired end.

I appreciate that you can express frustration and anger here in this safe forum. i hope the venting can lead to a more relaxed place where you can effectively deal with the bureaucracy that you are seeking aid from.

Badboy - shouldn't your carer be helping you to do this form-filling?

I really do understand how annoying DWP ~~beurburaucbureaoc~~ paperwork and red tape is! It must be twice as bad or you. Persevere and get someone to help you with it - carer, day centre or the people at the DSS - it's what they get paid to do so don't let them give you any bull.

If I failed to send it in on time,benefit will be suspended.

So - do you think that because you have to fill the forms in, you can't give up the work?

You can give up working - just report number of hours worked = 0, earnings = 0

Then smile to yourself as you think of those ~~bearu~~ bureaucrats having to actually ~~waste~~ spend time processing the forms which have essentially nothing to report
