If you're still in the borg, grow a beard anyway. They can't disfelellowship you just for growing a beard plus there's plenty of advantages like not having to give talks or being continually being badgered to go in service. Worked for me when I was still in. Try it.

Stopped shaving when i left in April. Beard grew in nice and thick. First time i tried too. i like to run into JW that know me and act wierd cuase i have a beard!!!!

I love beards, as long as they are kept up- nothing is grosser than eating with someone who looses things in his beard.
