the local newspaper prints DUI Police Reports on a daily basis.
They do that here, too. We had at least one elder lose his elder-ship because of that.
GGG
i know an elder who just got one (he stepped down as an elder). he blew a .08 which is legally impaired, but only takes 2-3 beers in an hour for an average person. that is not drunk for a lot of people, including yours truly(as i drink another bourbon and coke, but i ain't driving)
oh yeah, i got one in 1982 and no one ever found out 'cause i never told. my dad knew, he was PO. he even got me a lawyer. 3 months later i got DF'd for drunkenness and a bunch of other things.
Primitive Genius -
I found an article on the guy but it doesn't say he was a witness?? Do you know him personally? Is he a witness? Often that is mentioned in articles.
Terrible story, though.
