Up to what age have your pets lived ?

  My cat is 14.5 years old. She is still doing well.

  I already had a bird that lived 12 or 13 years.

  I had one cat who lived until she was 18 years old, and another cat who was 17 years old and was hit by a car or she might have lived longer.

  I had a beagle live to 18 yrs old and a cat make it to 19 yrs old.

  I've had 2 cats live to 18 years old. My grandmother's cat was 25 when he died.

  My first cat lived till nearly 22 years - a large, long-haired orange and white tabby. I got him when I was 6 years old, so he was a long-standing member of my family.

  My second cat lived for 17 years - a large, long-haired orange tabby. We got him the same year my partner and I got together, he passed away 3 years ago.

  I had a dog that lived to 15 years - would have lived a lot longer but she got knocked over by an ambulance.

  I also had a cat that lived to 15 but she got a sudden bleed in her brain and I had to have her put to sleep She looked a bit like your kitty JH

  My current two cats are 13 and 14 both doing really well considering their health problems - the 13 yr old fractured his pelvis and developed arthritis as a result, his last x-ray 4 years ago showed he has one hip joint with no ball left in the socket, how he keeps walking I have no idea! The 14 yr old has a serious heart murmur (grade 4 on a scale of 1-5), her heart buzzes rather than beating, but she's on meds and happy

  my dog mandy died when i was five...dont remember why

  my cat nimrod died of bladder infection when I was 16

  my cat monster died when i was 25...wife backed over him

  my cat Gimli died when I was forty...thought he ran away....found skeleton later under deck....never smelled

  i now have the best cat in the entire world and if i prayed it would be for me to go before him..........oompa

  I have a friend who's cat lived to be 28. He cried like a baby when she passed.

  We have 2 cats born in 91. That makes them 16 each. There still ticking.
