The first printing of the first edition of the Live Forever book is a rare item. My own is in taters and missing page 244, along with several other pages. I do not believe any of the text changed from the first printing of the first edition to the second printing of the first edition. But that particular image was changed because the higher-ups thought it too suggestive (which it was/is supposed to be... go figure). I believe there was one other image altered, but for the life of me cannot recall which one.
