Mistakes happen. However, when they keep making the same ones every time, I have no patience for it. As for waiting on Jehovah, I see that He has no intention of ever doing anything right within my lifetime. So, there is no point in rewarding that Tyrant for not doing His job and for keeping Satan from attempting to do it.

WT WIZARD- I agree with you. I have no tolerance for the Watchtower society continuing the same mistakes either. Especially because they make these alledged " mistakes " on purpose !

So here are my takes on the 7 points I brought up and what I would say to these lame witnesses if they told me these excuses.

1. Humans are imperfect- they make mistakes . Of course humans make mistakes , but a lot of things the Jehovah's Witness organization tries to pass off as mistakes are criminal and immoral actions. Case in point is the blood transfusions- letting innocent children or parents die for no reason is criminal and immoral. Also child abuse being allowed to continue unchecked for years- both criminal and immoral.

2. Jehovah is Just Cleaning out his Organization . If the organization is spirit directed , how did it get dirty in the first place ? The bad acts have been tolerated for many years . Many times no action is taken to correct wrongs committed in the witness organization until it is brought out in the news media or the governing body is backed up against the wall . So to avoid looking bad to outsiders , they clean things up, when forced.

3. Wait on Jehovah- When they say wait on Jehovah it is just a good excuse to let bad wrongs continue happening and not use positive measures to fix the wrongs. It is called " spiritual and mental laziness. "

4. Satan controls the media- If you as a witness are not allowed to watch the news media you will not even be informed of good things that go on in society. The governing body tells you " Satan " controls the media because they want to keep you as Jehovah's Witnesses under " information control " . Only the governing body feels it has all the information you need. They feel you don't need other information to exist. But it's a lie. We all need other information to live and exist. It is a way the governing body keeps control of the rank and file members of Jehovah's Witnesses.

5. If holy spirit directs it, it must be right. Another fallacy- Holy spirit does not direct evil, badness, wickedness. If the governing body hands down insructions which hurt people, cause them to die, or children to be molested, or families to hate each other and shun each other because of different beliefs, those are evil, wicked insructions which indicate the governing body does NOT have the holy spirit !

6. Where else will we go ?- Another way the governing body exercises " cult mind control ". They make you feel as witnesses that you will just cease to exist outside their control. There are lots of good people outside of the Jehovah's Witnesses , and all it takes is looking for them. Many on this board are caring, sincere individuals who can help. A person can read the Bible on their own. People can be with others who have their sincere personal interest at heart, unconditionally.

7. The light gets brighter- No. Not really. The Watchtower society actually changes it's views on doctrines and times of God's prophecies to keep the attention of their rank and file members and hold them hostage under mind and information control. If dates don't materialize as promised the governing body just changes the belief to accomadate their purpose of keeping members who will continue to financially support the lies and the organization. Pretty elementary as well as dastardly manipulation !

So, this is what I would say to any of you who are witnesses reading this or others . There are no excuses for decieving the public as Jehovah's Witnesses have done for many years now. But the jig is up , the news is getting out, the witnesses growing ranks are slowing and inroads are being made to curtail this deceptive cult from wreaking havoc on innocent families. So, does anybody else have some comebacks for any witnesses reading this ? Peace out, Mr. Flipper

I imagine there are some good answers above, so I skipped reading them until I answer
these on my own.

Humans are just imperfect- they make mistakes.

But humans that say they are spirit-directed should not make gross mistakes
and flipflops. They should be discreet until they know they are right.

Jehovah's just cleaning out his organization.

Let me know when He's done. Until then, any Governing Body member or
elder or pioneer or C.O. could be misleading others and Jehovah needs to
clean them out, also.

Wait on Jehovah.

I am very patient. If He is the personification of love, then he will also be
patient with me. I will wait on Him, He will wait on me.

Satan controls the Media.

Satan could control anything in print or other medias. We have to analyze
things for ourselves for that reason. If we were to let anyone tell us to avoid
certain segments of the media, the ones telling us what to read and not to
read could be the ones controlled by Satan. The truth is able to make itself known
and doesn't need to quiver and avoid the lies.

The holy spirit directed it , so it must be right.

Did the Holy Spirit direct the predictions that did not come true?
Did the Holy Spirit allow children to be further victimized by WTS rules?
Did the Holy Spirit direct all the divine truths taught by Russell that have
been discarded, as well as others throughout the last 100 years?

Where else will we go ?

Actually, the Bible quote is "Lord, whom shall we go away to."
Your catch phrase was not used to put an organization in the place of the lord.
Even if I am not sure about going to the lord anymore, I would rather not know
"where" or "to whom" I should go, than to remain in a false hope.

The light got brighter.

A discreet slave that starts with little light would have truth. As light gets brighter,
he would reveal more truth. He would never proclaim things as true, then later say
completely different things are true. Discretion would make the slave reveal only
what the current light allows for certain. There would be no false claim of what
"this generation" means or flipflopping of doctrines.

Is that the kind of answers you had in mind, or did you just want zingers?

Sometimes I would just like to shock Jehovah's Witnesses senses and just walk inside their kingdom halls after a meeting starts , go up on the platform and say " my dear friends did you know you are the victim of "cult mind control " , and share with them evidence indicating such . Somehow I feel I would only be given the platform for all of 3 seconds and ejected off the stage ! But lately I feel my need to do something really big, or say something daring to them to shake them up a bit out of their mind control stupor . I think the NBC news release and seeing the courage of such posters as WAC is really giving me some brainstorms lately. We shall see what transpires , my mind is analytical and always thinking of angles. Any suggestions folks ?? I'm open

One thing I am learning, especially from my son is to be loving and kind when talking with witness relatives. It will make them more apt to listen if they feel they aren't being attacked . Peace out, mr. Flipper

It's simple, take all those quotes and apply the to the Catholic church.... If its true for the JWs its true for the catholics... just wait on jehovah...
