I'm a Cohen Brothers fan also. I would have to pick "Oh Brother, Where art thou?". Although I like Fargo and The Big Lebowski a lot too. Don't know if they are the best movies ever made, just my personal favorites.

Since I subscribe to NETFLIX, my favorite movie of all times can change at any given viewing.
Right now..........I can say SNOW DOGS with Cuba Gooding JR. is my favorite of all time. And this is one I saw about a month ago with 3 to 4 more in between.
Whatever I watch next might replace it.

Yes, thanks for the reminder. Stanley Kubrick. --Paths of Glory, Clockwork Orange, The Shining, Dr. Strangelove. His last one with Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman was a bomb. Too bad.

I could never narrow mine down to 1. I love too many and of all different genre, though usually if I like a certain director I enjoy all their movies.
I really like old black and white movies- that's when I don't mind watching romantic comedy.
