I don't find this pic very funny. And I hope you aren't implying that all JWs would do such a thing, because I know many who would not. I wouldn't have done such a thing even during my most loyal days.

Hello Prisca,

I agree with you that most JWs would not do something in the likeness of TR's picture. The cruel truth is though, in a more subtle way, the destruction that has been caused by the WT over the years just may exceed the WTC deaths and destruction.

The Society says: "We must hate in the truest sense, which is to regard with extreme and active aversion, to consider as loathsome, odious, filthy, to detest." WT 10/1/52, p.599

With these type of words from the Society over the years, as counsel on how to look at those that no longer support the WTBTS, the picture TR drew has a hidden meaning if not an outright factual meaning. The picture may be harsh, but there is some truth behind it.

I agree the framework is in place for such orders to be carried out by a few loyal dubs. Just like the present terrorists, not all would go so far, but it only takes a few doesn't it? The mind shut down of normal family relationships that will go on for the rest of some lives because the WT says so is one good example. Most likely they ,WT, would never resort to violence, but a martyrs death because of preventing or refusing blood goes a long way for their cause.
