JK - it's on my list. It's the best cheesecake I've ever had. I don't usually like flavored cheescake at all.

Oh, and the secret crust DELICIOUS.

Are you bringing one for Christmas? Or will it be the key lime pie?

Do we get to cast a vote on what he brings??? I vote for the cheesecake yum yum yum!!

I love anything chocolate......in fact, at this time of year I make chocolate spoons and sell them........I started doing this a couple of years ago....just brought in a few at work to see if anyone wanted them (generally as stocking stuffers). It took right off and last December, I made over $1,000. I make them either plain chocolate, Irish Cream, Grand Marnier flavour and this year I'm trying something new: Turtle spoons. I've got an old Turtles recipe so I tried making some on the weekend and oh man are they good........

    What a small world, Mary.

I was Chocolate Spoon Maker Champion in High School.

I'll be over to give you a hand this weekend.

I've always been fond of Russell Stover candies, so you can imagine the rapture when I discovered they have a sugar-free line of candies.

I'm also partial to Endangered Species Chocolate and Ibarra Mexican Chocolate (which I can't have any more, dammit).

Sometimes I like to whip up a Mexican Chocolate egg cream (plain soda water, milk, non-sugar sweetener, and "Mexican Chocolate flavoring," which I make by mixing chocolate, cinnamon and almond flavorings).

    What is a chocolate spoon?

I believe its a spoon that's dipped in liquified chocolate and then the chocolate is allowed to firm up. You can take the spoon and use it to stir any hot drink and voila' choco goodness abounds.

The spoons sound wonderful. Thanks all.

BB - I think we should vote.

Mrs Jones - SEE'S CANDIES - the best ever. I worked in California a few years ago for 3 months and went there 2 times a week . The dark chocolate covered ginger were the best candy I've ever had in my life.

    BB & A&W,

I guess I will be making the German Chocolate cheescake for Christmas this year.

We have a chocolateur in my town that put Godiva to shame. I love their truffles!
