Gentlemen, Ladies and Muslims!!!!

  A very good friend of mine is in charge of plant maintenance at a local factory. There are 300 people working in this factory and two of them are Muslims. the Muslims have requested that they require special toilets just for themselves. Muslims are required to stand when defecating and they have been standing on the seats of the men's toilets and breaking them, slipping off and miss aiming with their poo.

  The firm is now having to look into getting special toilets just for the Muslims but mainly for health and safety reasons for the other workers!

  In researching this problem, my friend discovered that the local University had to spend £15,000 on toilets for its Muslim students and these toilets are 'Muslims Only'!

  Tell me, has the world gone mad?

  Badboy! - You bet I'm serious! Already one local plumber has refused to have anything to do with the job! My friend is now having to search for a more 'specialised' plumber - possibly the ones that did the work for the local university.

  The firm consider it necessary because of the sheer cost of regularly fixing the toilet seats and the risk of other workers injuring themselves when the Muslims break the seats. There could be a law suit if that were to happen.

  There is a presumption contained in this statement that suggests that the world was once sane. ;)

  It would certainly be less insane without any religions, but insanity is the norm.

  I think we need to be more tolerant of other peoples culture. In Australia I had a cleaning job where many Asian people would also stand on the toilet seat. This is how they do it in there country, and they find it hard to do it any other way. You would insist on a western toilet in their country so why can't they do the same?

  As you say, we wouldn't insist on toilets how we wanted them in THEIR countries so what gives them the right to demand one in ours? Is seems that in the UK we bend over backwards for other people and are beginning to disregard the needs and wants of our own home bred people!

  Alright---I edited it after I read that you most certainly ARE serious. Um, what reasoning from the Holy Sheeet Koran is there why they have to stand while going to the bathroom?? Are there no toilets in Muslim countries? Can you imagine the mess it would make when they have um, the runs? What a bunch of pigs.....Christ-------just when you think that culture can't get any whackier.
