Do you prefer working for a male or a female? Why ?

For me it depends on the individual. I don't think gender make a difference.

I don't know if I have a preference. The most insane person I've ever worked for was a man but the most heartless person I've ever worked for was a woman. So, I guess I don't care about the sex so much as whether or not they value their employees.

Being honest, I've had the best and worst of both.

I've never worked for a female . I think it would cause me some tension as I'm attracted to women that pay me money

Maybe I could get over that if she was a real ogre.

There is nothing worse than working with a dumbass man or a bitchy woman.

Only ever worked for males. I think I would prefer female.

Its hard to say. But probably I would prefer a female.

I have worked for some really asshole males, but those were few and far between. Worked for some really nice male attorneys. (I know, nice and attorneys don't generally go in the same sentence, but I have been lucky).

I had one female boss that felt she had to prove herself to everyone, but she was cool to me.

My current boss is a female and we are best of friends.
