Any faders out there, which is the first meeting that you start to miss on a regular basis?

For me, it is the bookstudy - haven't been in weeks, no one calls, says a word.

So glad not to be reading the Revelation book anymore.

From reports I have heard, the book study is the least supported meetings of all five.

Definitely. The bookstudy is where you get the personal attention. After that, start leaving after the "public" talk (soon to be cut to half an hour), then start missing the TMS and SM. Bingo - soon you will be out and forgotten.

Another tip - go to another congregation's meeting (public talk) a couple of times. Then you can tell your elders if you are missing, you will be in another hall.

No way man. If your gonna skip one - skip the Ministry School / Service Meeting. It's a 2 fer 1! Why skip a 1 hour when you can just as easy skip a 2 hour!?

I'm still active (hi everyone, new here by the way), and I'd say it's the Ministry school. The book study is easy; it's only an hour long.

When I started my fade, it was TMS that was the first to go......Too long in the first place and I was always ready to fall asleep by 9:30.....the bookstudy was endurable simply because it was only an hour.....

Yeah the School/Service meeting is the one to skip. Where I'm from, it runs until 9:10-15 at night, making in the biggest pain-in-the-arse meeting of the week.

    Welcome darklord!

Yes, the bookstudy is the easiest to drop.

Put in less FS time too. Or do like I did and quit FS alltogether while slacking off meeting attendance.

    Wish you the best,

Not to hijack the topic, but thanks to all the "welcomes." I've been a long-time lurker; figured I might as well join. :)
