Wow, I'm happy, but rather ashamed to say I have absolutely no problems of any consequence. Not a single thing that is out of my own control.

Hey thanks Warlock! I sometimes forget how lucky I really am.

Warlock, I have a problem this morning. I seemed to have misplaced my spectacles.
I usually put them on my night stand, but I didn't last night. Can you help me find them?

and got the ole "wet sock

This made me laugh out loud... I have dogs now, but previously when I owned cats my least favourite moment was treading barefoot in something they'd barfed up

((((((Warlock)))))) not underestimating your problems I know what it's like to struggle financially and sometimes it can blot out the sun..

But.. As to problems.. yeah, we've all got em, and I'm sure the people on this thread who say they've got none, have got the same amount as me, it's all about perspective.

So how about, you tell me what's good in your life? I'll tell you what's good in mine?

I went to the doctor Friday and he said my cholesterol lever was 278 and I had 3 months to lower it or he's putting me on medicine. 8 months ago it was normal.

Lisavegas, have your habits changed dramatically during that period? Or ahem have you gone through menopause?

If I'm totally honest, I'd have to say yes ...I started working full time 40+hours a week for the first time in 10+years about 4 months ago. So I'm doing alot more sitting and just grabbing quick fast food meals and eating them at my desk. I've also been excersising a less...'cause I don't feel like it when I get home. Mental labor is exhausting. I think I've been perimenopausal for awhile,....... hotflashes and night sweats. Only slightly overweight 20lbs or so, and most of that in the past two years. How easy is it to turn cholesterol levels around? Are we talking no fat, fried, or baked goodies? lisa
