Ditto to all the thanks. Much work was certainly nvolved.
Just so most don't overlook its value, this PDF file (I downloaded the entire package) is text-searchable , unlike many PDFs.
For example, search for the string confidential (which also finds confidentiality). You will see a legalestic theme throughout with emphasis on being free from litigation, keeping the organization free from blemish.

I have hosted many different "breaking" documents but have never seen this much interest! The plan I purchased from my hosting company is only for 5 GB per month. This one BOE release has consumed more than double that!
The hosting company was kind enough to give me some slack since I have been a customer for awhile.
